Your KORVUE is currently running.
IMPORTANT: Before contacting support, please first restart the primary computer or server that contains the KORVUE database, then restart the other computers. If you continue having the issue, then contact support.
To contact technical support, please take following steps as also demonstrated in the image below:
- Go to your KORVUE station
- Click on the Help menu
- Select the appropriate support contact method
- URGENT? If you need immediate assistance, click on the Call Technical Support menu item. This will display the apprpriate call center linked to your account.
NOTE: If you do not have a call center linked to your account, please call +1 248.233.7854.
- If your request is not urgent in nature, click on the Email Technical Support menu item. This creates a support case that you can follow through email and within your support account.
