PAYMENT METHODS

The KORVUE Store only accepts credit cards. The Company may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

The KORVUE Store accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

• We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
• Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and are not subject to chargeback by the customers.

SALES TAX

KORVUE Store purchases will include sales tax based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the date of the sale. Under no circumstances shall the Company or any other party involved in creating, producing, or distributing korvuestore.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that results from the use of or inability to use korvuestore.com, including but not limited to reliance by customers on any information obtained from korvuestore.com or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Company's records, programs, or services. Customers hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all Content, merchandise, and services available through korvuestore.com. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SHIPPING

Company or the third-party supplier of the goods shall deliver the goods to Customer on the terms set forth in the order, except that risk of loss of the goods shall pass to Customer upon shipment. Shipping, delivery and performance dates are estimates only, and time is not of the essence. Company or the third-party supplier may ship all the goods at one time or in portions from time to time. Company shall have the right, but no obligation, to determine the method of shipment and routing of the goods, unless otherwise agreed to by Company in writing.

If Company is not able to finish or deliver the goods to Customer because of anything Company cannot control (such as casualty, labor trouble, accidents or unavailability of goods, supplies or transportation), then the estimated delivery or performance time shall be extended accordingly, and Company shall not be liable to Customer for any damages caused by the delay.

THE COMPANY’S RIGHTS

Risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered purchases pass to the purchaser in Michigan upon electronic transmission to the recipient. Risk of loss and title for all shipped purchases passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping company

These terms represent the complete agreement between the Company and the Customers. No Company employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the KORVUE Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
